Description

Together with ICRAVE, we set out to create STKOUT, the kid sister of the sexy steak house, STK. The brand challenge was to take the existing STK logo and transform it to a burger kiosk that would value the sensible menu and combine a playfulness to the brand.  The logo concept was inspired by the first STKOUT location in the Grace Building pavilion. The idea of the bold highlighted ‘halo’ would create a play on vintage neon signs to glow in this bustling part of New York City.  The logo was then brought into STKOUT flavors, brand marks applied to various food categories.

The playful and colorful brand identity matched up with the menu’s language of items such as ‘bevies’ and ‘sammies’. STKOUT is rolling out nationally, bringing the gourmet burger kiosk concept to various cities. Look out for the next one, the brand is complete with the launch of giveaways and roller skates.
